For heat treatments and thermochemical heat treatments

Normalizing, quenching, tempering, annealing and stress relieving for parts with variable geometry:
– Maximum weight: 5.000 kg;
– Dimensions (L, w, h): 4.000×1.300×650 mm. -
Normalizing, quenching, carburizing and nitrocarburizing in controlled atmosphere:
– Maximum weight: 3.000 kg;
– Dimensions: L < 2.500 mm, W < 1.100 mm, H < 500 mm.
– D < 1.150 mm, h < 1.800 mm. -
Nitriding and nitrocarburizing:
– LxD = 3.700 x 600 mm or
– LxD = 1.800×1.100 mm. -
Solution quenching and artificial ageing for aluminium parts:
– Maximum weight: 1.000 kg;
– Dimensions (L, w, h): 1.500 x 1.200 x 800 mm.
For induction hardening operations
- On 100 KHz equipment, (DxL): 900 x 1.000 mm;
- On 8 KHz equipment, (DXL): 450 x 3.000 mm
Note: the provide dimensions represent the admissible values, but they must be correlated so that the permissible weight is not exceeded.
